Not getting Access Code sent to my email when trying to log in, ticket 231121-002241

I installed ESO on new computer, but im not getting the email thats sent with the ACCESS CODE.

I assume you get the message about needing the code.
Are you sure you checked the correct email?
If you have played the game a long time you might not use it much anymore?
And check the spam folder.

Ive checked the spam and im on the right email, I was logged in less then a month ago on a different computer(that since broke) but trying to log into this new one and I cant atm cause Im not getting the access code sent. Sadtimes.
