Inconsistent Login issues

I have a weird issue. Xbox 1, EU server. Every day I try to log in with a character the game freezes during the area load and I have to force quit the game and restart. This happens once or twice or more every day when I first start up. It doesn't matter which region or which character. This has been a problem for a while, but it is steadily getting worse to the point that it is every day, often more than once.

What is inconsistent about it is that when I log in on the same machine via my brother's account and with his character (which I also do every day to grab his dailies while he's away), there is never an issue. It's always and only my account that crashes.
