Inconsistent Login issues

I have a weird issue. Xbox 1, EU server. Every day I try to log in with a character the game freezes during the area load and I have to force quit the game and restart. This happens once or twice or more every day when I first start up. It doesn't matter which region or which character. This has been a problem for a while, but it is steadily getting worse to the point that it is every day, often more than once.

What is inconsistent about it is that when I log in on the same machine via my brother's account and with his character (which I also do every day to grab his dailies while he's away), there is never an issue. It's always and only my account that crashes.

Thanks for the rundown of your issue.

Have you tried reinstalling on your console yet?

Do you have any tickets open with our support team?

It seems I can't submit tickets to support. I am already logged in, but it still asks me to sign in to proceed with the ticket, and each time it tells me the login has failed and so I am unable to progress.
