Have recurring ESO+ membership but not getting complementary Crowns

I am a member since 2014 and have had a recurring ESO Plus membership for a long time. I am not receiving the complementary Crowns that come with an ESO Plus membership. I did open a support ticket, but the issue has not been resolved. How can this be resolved so I receive the Crowns?
