massive amounts isn't the word for it. Also, Im not spending my whole *** day reporting bots. Get a gd GM in there and look. Its not hard to log in and see it.
Report them in-game. ZoS staff has said, over and over again, that they do not take action based on these countless forum threads.
As much as I agree that in-game reporting is what everyone should be doing in order to fend off this farmbots, It has gotten to a point that no one man can handle this much. I was in Cliffs of Failure and trying to determine whose a player and whose a bot can take its toll. Especially now that the farmers wised up and use names that looks like what real players would be using. I've reported over 30 characters that I made sure were farm bots and yet more kept pouring in.
They need a GM to monitor each zones and area. Like the GM on duty would manage a single zone, going from dungeons to dungeons, areas to areas and monitoring for bots.
These developers need to take some accountability for what is taking place in their game.
If there are 20 or more bots in a single area of the game it is not MY responsibility to report each of them. Myself along with many other in the zone have already alerted them to this issue hours ago.
The company has a responsibility to look into the issue. They took on that accountability when they decided to run a monthly subscription fee. It is now THEIR job to actively police these abused areas of the game when made aware of the fact and take appropriate action so that their REAL customers who are paying for a quality game experience receive the treatment they deserve.
