Why EA bosses drops sets from Murkmire and Grahtwood only?

I did almost 100 boss fights in EA and I got sets from Murkmire and Grahtwood only. Is this intended or it's some sort of bug?

they refresh weekly
1 non-dlc zone, and 1 dlc zone are selected each week (if you dont have access to said DLC, you wont get drops from that dlc)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
