I've noticed some kind of bug. I got the new Soulcleaver set for my nightblade. I made a build on pts, and then made the same exact build on live. I made the same everything to the dot to dot basis.
That being said, on live with vamp stage 3 and the Soulcleaver set, my swallow soul cost 2900 and on pts its 2700. I've also noticed a damage difference and a healing difference. Is something causing soul cleaver to not work correctly?
Sometimes its like Soulcleaver picks and chooses if its going to get the reduction/healing/ or damage.

✭✭✭✭✭The base cost of Swallow Soul is 2700. What are your total sources of cost increase/reduction?
When Soulcleaver is active, which requires being in combat, the cost should be reduced by 18%. If you're wearing any light armor and have the Evocation passive, that will also reduce cost (in combat or not). If you only have vampire stage 3 on live, the 8% cost increase from that may explain why the 2700 base cost goes up to 2900 compared to PTS (2900/2700 = 1.074). And the cost increase from vampire should also be reflected in your skill tooltip whether you're in combat or not.
What does CMX give in its logs for the actual cost of casting the skill in combat?
I'm also curious if the fifth piece won't work if you have no more ultimate left to drain.0 -

it doesnt provide the bonus if you have no ultimate to spend (it only benefits when it consumes ultimate)plays PC/NA
