Cant check on my support tickets because of issue with webacces code. Where can I find it?

    From my understanding, you submitted a ticket. But you're not logged in, according to this screenshot. Which is odd in itself, try logging back in and you'll be able to see all your submitted tickets in >Home >Support> Account Overview.

    Hi, what if i have the ticket code, provided by ESO after sending a ticket, but i can't login ? Its about a suspended account. So there's no way for me to login , only in my forums account, but not the game one.... How can i check the ticket status with the ticket number ?

    did you ever find out how to keep a track of ticket when your account is suspended
