Hacked Account, all gear and banks/guild banks are emptied

Hello! please help!
literally ~8 hours ago, my account was hacked.
My friend from the guild wrote that I stole all the potions from our guild. After I entered the game, I saw that one of the characters was moved in a different order. When I logged into the game itself, I saw that there was 0 gold on my account (before that I had about ~123 ml in the bank). Also, all my weapons and my armor were destroyed, in my main house, things that can be sold for gold have also been removed
I also learned from my friend that someone asked me to buy ambrosia for my account on EU server ( I suspect that the situation is the same on server EU as on server NA )
When logging into the game, the game did not require me to have an access code from my email, I logged into the game without any problems, I checked my email, I did not see any changes
