Always stuck in combat in this room and so cannot interact with the puzzle pedestals. Every single time so have to wait 10-20 minutes for the puzzle to cycle through naturally

It’s not that. I think this happens every time in normal RoM but not in veteran.PC/NA Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS/Heal), Trialist (DPS/Tank/Heal), and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore- CP 2000+

I disagree with this statement.
You have to go through a door to get to this room which you wouldn’t be able to open if you were in combat. Whatever is causing this (and it’s a recent bug as we never used to have an issue) it happens inside that particular room.1
