I see no point however. It's across several tickets now, and when even a ticket where I, among other things, objected to tickets being silently closed gets only replied to with 'We don't silently closed tickets' then gets silently closed after I provide screenshots...
Sorry, no. Message received. Evidently, even acknowledgement of problems only happens partially, after being pressed over multiple tickets. I'm not going to waste my time further.
For clarity however, I should point out that one of them was deflected with me using the wrong way to report it. I consider that unlikely since the feedback category has nothing appropriate and thus went the way you provided Kraken, but I am really done with support treatment now.
