Arcanist not available on PTS to test?

I am a Playstation ESO player with ESO+, have used the PTS for years on my PC.
Looking at the PTS, Necrom is there as well as Endless Archive, but the Arcanist Class is not available from main menu, or PTS Crown Store... Am I missing something?
I cannot find a way to create a Arcanist character to test a buold on the PTS.
It would seem strange to have a test server without the Arcanist class available to run some tests.
If I am missing something, can someone reply and let me know how to create one on PTS...
If I am not missing anythingb and it is an oversight that it is somehow missing from the PTS, can we have it added so we can test builds?

I know that after a 2-week test period on PTS where everyone had access to Arcanist, Arcanist was locked on PTS to only players who bought Necrom Chapter. During Elsweyr, there were problems where players who did not buy Elsweyr Chapter got access to Necromancer on live game, and ZOS now lock new classes on both PTS and live as part of fix.4 -

No, I am end game on PS5, not PC. My ESO+ also is not recognised by PC.
As a fix, this is counterproductive, if players who own Arcanist on console cannot 'test' the class builds on the 'test server'. The PTS should be completely separate from the PC account.
I am talking about choosing the 3600 CP build, not a copy of a PC profile to PTS.
Warden and Necromancer are available, it would be good to see Arcanist available too so builds can also be tested.
@ZOS_GinaBruno would there be any chance Arcanist can be re-added to the PTS for a following patch?
