I see solution for our problem. Let them do same thing as they did with Fulfilling One's Fate quest which was bugged. They had reset it for anyone who was stuck and didnt ended it, repaired it so anyone can do it now:)

That would be glorious if they actually did that. Either that or just reduce the achievement load by one.

I had the same problem with the same cause as most other people in this thread. For what it's worth if you haven't done Selene's Web, that can count for the achievement.

Same Here, Didnt pick Milky eyes first so the quest bugged, Also same problem as other people here with the nearby world boss "Reaper's Henge", killed it twice now didnt get the achievement or credit, still incomplete.

Hope they solve them soon, this brings my bugged quests to 17 so far in 42 levels. Thats pretty bad when u cannot complete quests due to bugs let alone so many.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, anyway this can be acknowledged? This sounds like a viable solution for both parties. Tickets have been closed as solved when obviously it's not..

This is pretty ridiculous. I completed this quest on my first toon and now on my second play through, I bugged it by doing the ghost first. There has to be a fix for this. if I cant complete the zone and get the achievement, I want to be reimbursed for my time not playing the game. im not going to play if I can not progress and complete this zone and complete AD to get my title

We are aware that some players are experiencing issues with the quest "Small Town Problems." We suggest players doing other quests in the meantime.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try while we investigate:
Type /reloadui in the command line of the Chat Box

Try a soft reset: log out of the game and launcher completely for at least 15 minutes. This will reset the character's instance information and may cause quest NPCs to work properly.

Leave the area and re-enter.

Abandon and restart this quest, which also causes quest NPCs and objectives to restart; this generally gets positive results.

If these steps do not work, please reply to this email and we will address this in another manner.

none of which works of course. They need to roll back my progress and let me redo this or something. Im not going to continue playing if I cannot get the achievements and titles. I am a completionist and its ridiculous. Every other zone has a buffer that ive noticed so you don't need to do EVERY single quest for the achievement. if this leads to me not playing for a period of time, I will be raising hell to get credited for the time lost. I love this game and want to enjoy it. This post has been ongoing for almost a month. Such a simple thing to fix....

I have the same problem, started with the haunted house and then lied to her about her brother which has left me with no quest at all in my journal.. I can't talk to Milky eyes OR the other guy..

I have the same bug - spent an hour searching for Milky Eyes and then came here to read this thread - bit sad its taken so long to get addressed but I guess they have their priorities Luckily I can wait a bit as I'm only half way through the zone - but I wish there were like little warnings in the quest texts so others who come along and try the same quest could get a heads up "This quest has been bugged for some people"... It's when you waste time on something thats not your fault that it gets frustrating. Imagine spending an hour of your three hours online trying to complete a bugged quest - and then finding out Zeni know about it, just can't prioritize it rgiht now. LET US KNOW!!!

so ive spoken with a gm and numerous csr. When it bugs like this, to the gms it shows as being completed. so they say they can reset or roll back your progress with it. ive done EVERY other quest in this zone and im 49/51. this angers me so much because Dominion Hero is the one title I want right now and I have completed this quest on my vr5 DK. Im now Vr2 on this new character and continuing on but we need a fix for this. I am not gonna just never get this achievement because of a simple bug. Every other zone has a little leeway so you don't have to do EVERY quest in the zone just like 95% of them. Hopefully they will adjust this so we get the achievement even if we can never complete the quest. I love this game and zenimax and believe me I understand a brand new game is going to have some kinks and bugs to iron out. Im even happy to help contribute to those issues. But quest bugs and progression stopping bugs like this need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY not a month later. They need to re evaluate the priority of which issues they address first. So Zenimax, if you read this, why don't you hire me on as a consultant and let me bring some common sense into the community. This game is amazing and I want people to continue to enjoy it.

Simple but not acceptable solution. Even if they lowered the number of required quests for the achievement, the quests remain broken and the POI remains undone on the map.

Yes, the POI is uncompleted for me. I've only done one quest there (haunted house)

another week another not fixed broken quest line. No ACKNOWLEDGMENT from any Dev on this on going issue.
I stopped putting tickets in everyday on this to have them closed or solved with it not being solved or fixed.
While its not game breaking it is stopping folks from getting the area complete for the titles etc. It's just getting silly now...

My apologies, I just triple checked and it's also Not white for me also, my mistake.

What really gets to me it's the silence on this boards, the ignorance on the responses on the tickets/marked solved WHEN CLEARLY IT'S NOT, and above all, the poor and almost non-existent CS thru the ingame ticket system and here. It really aggravates me that Mods answer and create tickets for people that can't log in just because they are too frikking lazy to disable all their addons before complaining here but legit bugs like this get ignore. Then they wonder why subs are dropping like flies. Shame on them.
