Doesn't give 40% health regen for vampires? at least it doesn't show up on the character screen or as a buff. I saw another post that someone was having the same issue. I did not find anything from google or searching the forum about this being intended so I'm going to assume this is another oversight or bug?

✭Okay, it appears that the bug is tied into the vampire passive bug.
At vampire level 4, it chooses when it wants to work, heh.☠ Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured? ☠

✭Never worked for me, even when my NB wasn't a vampire...
Managed to get it to work after a couple relogs. My health regen went from 20 at rank 4 to 32 at rank 4 while in stealth. Doesn't always work though.

b101uk✭✭✭It dose always work, BUT you have to have moved a short distance (*) in crouching mode first IME, likewise when you stand up the effect will remain active until you have moved a short distance (*) standing or have swung your sword/engaged in combat.
It’s almost as if there is some radius areas associated with activation and deactivation, its also worth noting that the 40% is subject to the soft-caps, so the 40% could end up at 20% or less dependent how close to or if you are overcharged with health regen
(*) a distance of 7m to 10m (~7 ¾ to ~11 yards)
