You're wrong on all counts. The stats I showed in the screen shots are after consuming the skulls. If I look at the character stats then, the numbers still do not line up. That's a bug. And yes it should be reported. Neither you nor I are not the keeper of which bugs get priority or not. I pinged the community rep to report the bug. He acknowledged my report. What happens now is out of both of our hands.
