some of the tooltips for the food items are bugged (i think there was one that would say on the tooltip you would gain 0 of a stat, but it actually was giving you a stat)

as far as scaling, cp160 is the max scaling for food that scales with you such as crown food

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

Considering lots of foods/drinks show 0 as their value I'm genuinely impressed you're getting numbers at all.

    Greetings,

After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic, as it's reporting a bug.

    Thank you for your understanding

If you check your actual stats after eating the food, I think you'll find they line up with the amounts stated on your first image, from the tooltip on the food itself. As Soarora notes, many foods give a character buff that lists 0 stats given, so there's less of a discrepancy with sugar skulls.
Is it a long standing bug? Yes.
Is it primarily a visual bug with minimal effect on gameplay? Also yes.
    Should it be fixed? Absolutely.
Should it rise to a high priority because you asked Kevin? Eh...maybe not IMO.

You're wrong on all counts. The stats I showed in the screen shots are after consuming the skulls. If I look at the character stats then, the numbers still do not line up. That's a bug. And yes it should be reported. Neither you nor I are not the keeper of which bugs get priority or not. I pinged the community rep to report the bug. He acknowledged my report. What happens now is out of both of our hands.

I can say for sure that the health recovery of Bewitched Sugar Skulls is 462, the highest of the promised values. It threw off my calculations when I tried to use the lower one.

Yep, it’s a known bug that has been reported numerous times over several years. Food and drinks simply report wrong values on the character screen. The stats they give should still be correct.

Take a look at this post from 2019…
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/500439/food-buffs-scaling-wrong
It shows the same false numbers you are seeing.

No, I am not wrong about the stats.
    My character's health, mag and stam before BSS: 18678, 29668, and 13933. After: 23483, 34386, 18353.
Those are increases of 4805, 4718, and 4420 which at first glance don't line up with the tooltip on the food...but they are increases of 4%, 11%, and 4% over the tooltip on the food. 4% is the Undaunted passive. 11% is 4%+5% from inner light+2% from mages guild passive. I don't think it's reasonable for the food buff tooltip to incorporate additional passives, but it is definitely a bug that it reports a number lower than the food itself tooltip.
You don't present two sets of stats so I can't do a similar comparison.
And it's been reported. Going back years. I have no idea where it is in their list of bugs to work on or if it ever made it in.
