General
--Reduced the range of death notifications triggered by player enemy deaths in Cyrodiil from 600 meters to 300 meters, to help reduce the number of messages displayed in chat."
Don't reduce the range! This has been very helpful at revealing players who are exploiting D-ticks / boosting for emperor / farming AP by killing alt accounts (or friends) on other factions.
It also let's you know if that health desync bowganker who is hiding along a transit line is active.
Instead, let us be able to have the option to display this feed where we want to (aka, it could be in the normal default chat tab, or allow us to have it in its own tab in the chat window).

✭✭✭300m is too small. Many keeps will not see PvP notifications for their own resources.
Currently, a player standing in Nikel gets 600m notifications from Roebeck Farm but not Roebeck Keep. I reduced the radius to 300m and copy/pasted the circle around all the keeps that will have issues.
Rayles will not see notifications from Mine.
Warden will not see notifications from Farm.
Glade will not see notifications from Farm.
Aleswell will not see notifications from Farm.
Dragonclaw will not see notifications from Mine.
Chalman will not see notifications from Farm.
Kingscrest will not see notifications from Mine.
Blue Road Keep will not see notifications from Farm.
Drakelowe will not see notifications from Farm.
Faregyl will not see notifications from Mine.
Bloodmayne will not see notifications from LM and Farm.
Black Boot will not see notifications from Mine.
