WHEN i hit 100 000 dmg on target alone ok dk might survive sorc might escape we both have chances to hail kill die you know)) whn your last hp took by poison but when discorders dfrom ad using 5 such i havbe no chances. you solving this by removing theyr dmg till 50 000 but tthey wuill hire 10 nbs & do same but when im alon with EP ,y NB im alone & im weaker & i cvannot fair vs some builds just because you nerfed me too much because these other guys left me no chance. this is nb problema ZOS

I have seen those sets on a wiki and I agree with OP. Every single one of those sets will be a meta "must have set" for every class, no matter of your playstyle. Heck, some of those sets even thread into game breaking category. The point is that all of them are meta sets and are way overturned.

If I were to give feedback however - then the set I like the most is NB set - because of the idea behind it. It is set that alters gameplay and provides a "kiss-curse" effect. What it does is it makes all of your Siphoning skills cheaper & more powerful at the cost of ultimate points - and casting Siphoning skills drains your ultimate points. So basically the less ultimate abilities you use - the more powerful Siphoning skills are. Granted, with the values it has it is still way overturned and too strong (You can still replace ulti with some powerful burst proc set for example).

This is something I kinda expect from class sets. Just like Arena Weapons alter your Weapon skill, class sets should alter your class skills.

So an idea of a set that changes Gameplay / skill and augmenting their effects with kiss-curse effect is good. But the valves still make this set way too strong and it is still a flat buff to everything with little to no opportunity cost decision to make.

If you are a NB, then forget about stam NB, you have to be mag NB and you absolutely need to use this new set whenever we talk about PvE or PvP.
