Something tells me they already know.Post Images so ZOS can see how bad it is
And yes, I have an issue with my own flapping twilight. Even when I had her out the other day, she was following perfectly at a distance where her wing kept cutting across my screen and I had to replace her with the scamp, hoping I wouldn't need a burst heal.... I won't even go into detail about why that is so problematic since people have been discussing on here for awhile the sensory overload twilight matriarchs can cause and how they can even trigger some disorders.... which Zenimax has yet to acknowledge, unsurprisingly.Arizona_Steve wrote: »Pretty mild. As it stands, imagine moving between fights and leaving combat to have the pet be automatically unsummoned then you get attacked and don't have your burst heal available because you need to re-summon the pet first with its 2GCD cast time that is interruptible because it was automatically unsummoned.
What would be really cool though is if I wasn't forced to have a pet to get the most out of my class passives, my class heal.

The whole pet mechanic (sorc in particular, but all pets) needs a complete overhaul and rework, its far too outdated to have the downsides they have for what little they currently do.

I don't know about an auto dismiss but I would like to see a less cumbersome way to have them go away. Every other MMO I've played with pets allows me to dismiss them from the main panel. I am not forced to click a key to bring up a new screen then scroll down to where the pets are and right click to send them packing. Something like a new button to dismiss combat pets would go a long way to working for me.

Sure, regarding mechanics they should definitely remove the cast time and the need to have pets on both bars to work. They still could tweak the numbers for balancing purposes if needed.
But regarding visuals it's necessary to remove the constant unnecessary flapping out of combat. Either by fading them out, forced desummoning, letting them land and walk out of combat or any other reasonable measurement. They reacted rather quick to health problems caused by crux, but do nothing regarding the constant flapping.
On a sidenote: It's a pity that the ancient no-pet-sorc isn't a thing anymore. I basically abandoned sorc soon after they made pet builds mandatory for engaging content.
