No response to crates gifting ticket

My friend tried to gift me crown crates via support section as described in temporary solution thread. Ticket was submitted at 17th of August. Today is the last day of August and there is no update neither response to this ticket. Could anyone please tell me why does crates gifting process take so long and doesn't move at all? Message on his support ticket list: "Status:
Waiting on agent

    It's been 4 days with no response. I'm feeling really exhausted and tired. I keep to calm my friend down because he is mad about the inadequate long gifting process too. How much discussions have to be opened? How much disappointing comments have to be written? My hope in recieving a gift from my friend is fading away. A whole month has passed since the ticket opened. I never expected such quality of service. I still believe that I will receive crates after this terrible long period and keep enjoy the game as before. But it seems to be the end if all the time and nerves spent in vain. xrpj0ymzdzdu.png

    Customer support agents are very busy people and are hard workers. It sometimes will take them longer to respond to the ticket. Especially when they have recieve a huge volume of requests.
    I remember a few years ago, I was having an issue in the game World of Warcraft, so I submitted a ticket. It took blizzard customer support over a month until they could respond. I did not spam their customer support because that would of made the wait time longer. When they responded to my ticket, they were very polite and apologized for the delay. They also found out what the issue was and fixed it. I then responded to them with politeness and gratitude.

    I would like to know how could the ticket be in status "Answer provided" without the actual answer? After appeal was sent the ticket was in "Waiting on agent" status. Any explanation on this?k36y7hrz3cl3.png
