Epic Games account accessing PTS

I cannot access the PTS, and I have an Epic Games account. I get the same message that I got when I tried using the normal launcher instead of the Epic Games launcher, about needing an access code. If anyone with an Epic Games account has been able to access the PTS, could you let me know?

✭✭✭Open the Epic version of the ESO launcher, top right click on the cog and tick "show public test environment" apply and the PTS should start to download.
After that it should show in the Epic Launcher on the left and be accessible.

This is a known issue if you are using the Epic game client. We're working on getting it fixed - ideally by the next update - but as it's still being worked on we don't have an exact date/patch yet.
