Unable to get Jewelry crafting daily quests!

I have 2 characters that are no longer getting crafting dailies.

They both have the Jewelry achievement as well as the crafting skill

I have been doing these for a while now and all of a sudden I no longer get them at the crafting boards

Please help.

Just to make sure, you don't have a Writ already queued?

Do you have any Crafting Addons or Writ Addons?

I do have addons and have disable all of them and tried again

I do not have a writ in my journal either

Other typical things to try are:

1. Reboot the PC and try again, to clear any local caches
2. Wait, for maybe a day and see if the schedule resets
3. /bug it on both characters and wait for ZOS to fix it. Reply back here with the Ticket Numbers and tag Gina

I submitted the bug on one of my toons but My Support does not show any ticket numbers.

And of course I wasn't able to write down the screen displayed ticket #

Does it take a while to show up in My Support?

2 of my characters can not get them, a 3rd can. I can get all others but the jewelry

Here is the ticket # (I bugged 2 for 2 different characters and 1 of the tickets was closed as a duplicate)

Any reason the support tickets continue to get closed as "duplicates"?

The latest support ticket was just closed as a duplicate, now there are no tickets open anymore except a "feedback"

I'm confused

This is the 2nd time I received this same response to my issue. I have done this and I still can not get a jewelry daily writ on 2 characters.

Please tell them to stop sending me the same response over and over - it's not very helpful at all!

Please check your quest log to make sure you don't already have a daily writ quest. If you don't have a prior quest, try going to your home Alliance city, or Craglorn, to get the new daily writ.

Got a 2nd response from Anthony and it was different with new things to try which I have done:

PC:

Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.
Repair Game launcher.

All done and still can not get the jewelry daily writ.

@Traci from support fixed both toons and I can now get the Jewelry writs again

Yes, seems one of my toons was "stuck" and another had not completed the jewelry quest but had started it and it was not in their journal

I have this happen to some of my chars where all or just one writ will not be offered. I have submitted several bug reports with no response. I also submitted a request as to why they won’t respond to any of my tickets/follow up emails. Just crickets.

Within a day or two writs start getting offered again. Just one of the many things broken in this game and no response from ZOS.

Hey ! I'm digging up this post as I submitted already 2 tickets in the past year about it.
I made some tests, and jewelry crafting daily doesn't work for this reason :

Let say you are on the first level of crafting jewelry, you can create things from level 1 to 14 with switching the level.
I noticed that the writs wouldn't not complete if you are at least 1 step after the minimum crafting possible. To be simple, the writ would only work for the least level you can craft, from 1-14, only the level 1 would work.
For the other levels it's only the FIRST step of arrow select thing that would work
