You know, the way that Set Item drops all come from different sources...
- Delve bosses drop Shoes or Belts
- Public Dungeon bosses drop Shoulders, Gloves, Weapons
- World Bosses drop Hats, Chests, Legs, Weapons
- Dolmens or equivalent (Abyssal Geysers, Elsweyr Dragons, Harrowstorms, Oblivion Portals to the Atoll of Immolation, Volcanic Vents, Bastion Nymic) drop jewelry
and regular Treasure Chests can drop *anything*, but non-curated...
...What happens when one of the sources is missing? All of the Small DLCs lack Public Dungeons, and several of them lack an equivalent of Dolmens.
Orsinium/Wrothgar (Large DLC) lacks Dolmens, so the Jewelry can be hard to find. The same is true of Morrowind/Vvardenfell. And, indeed, of Coldharbour.
Hews Bane, Gold Coast, Clockwork City, Murkmire all lack both Public Dungeons *and* Dolmen-equivalents.
South Elsweyr (Dragons), Markarth/The Reach (Harrowstorms), Deadlands (Oblivion Portals) and Galen (Volcanic Vents) all have the Dolmen-substitutes, but lack Public Dungeons.
So... (1) Where do Shoulders and Gloves drop, in the zones that lack Public Dungeons: and (2) where do Rings and Amulets drop, in the zones which lack Dolmen-equivalents?
Should it, in fact, be the case that the various sources are reassigned - e.g. if there are no Public Dungeons, then Delve Bosses could drop shoulders and gloves as well as shoes or belts: and if there are no Dolmens, then World Bosses could drop jewelry too?
Since there are Delves and World Bosses in every zone.
