I need some help ASAP, my friends cant change alliances now due to crown gifting being disabled

My friends are not able to accept the alliance change token given to them late last night. They are not able to buy one either since it says they have one in their gift inventory already..so they are basically stuck in limbo..please help

I need some help from zenimax. My friends and I have been playing blue on pvp for a few months, we decided that for september we would go to red.
So last night around midnight, another friend of mine bought an alliance change token for 2 of my friends to bring them from blue to red....The problem is now due to crown gifting being disabled they are not able to accept or deny the gifted token, and It will not allow them to just buy a second token from the store themselves due to a token being stuck in gift inventory...I need some help ASAP on this issue, My friends and I are supposed to have a big pvp sesh later tonight on red but now some of them are stuck.

    Oh jeez, you mean I cant even decline the gift that keeps popping up in every new instance I go to? So Im going to have a pop-up for the next two weeks to deal with?

    please make it possible that we can gift things already in our return inventory or that we can accept the gifts already sent to us...

    Also, if you could place in tickets for these, just so we can make sure there is a trail for resolution purposes, that would be great. Please share the ticket numbers with us as well. We can make sure to pass those along to our teams.

    I will let my friends know to submit tickets, thank you for reply..Sorry for posting a few times about this issue. I was just very excited for us to all go to red tonight and party in pvp and was very frustrated this morning.

    Exactly. Great point. Having a similar issue moving tokens to another account to be used on that account.

    @dogmycats nope, both of my friends are still waiting after several days and still cannot swap their character over from blue to red
