Regular crashes - How to solve it?

My eso client crashes with clockwork regularity every two hours, exactly 7 minutes past the hour. I'm guessing it must be some scheduled process or other that somehow disrupts the client running, but I don't know where to start in order to troubleshoot this. I've tried rescheduling the windows defender scans, but that did nothing. Any ideas on how i could tackle this? All suggestions are welcome.

Ergo✭✭Yes, the first one always says 'An error has occured. Please wait a few minutes before logging in.' Or something very similar. If I was in combat when the client crashed, attempts to log back in fail for some time, and I typically get another couple of different error messages. One of them is about not connecting to the login server, and there is at least one other, but I can't remember what it says.0

Ergo✭✭And unless I'm in combat, I can always log back in immidiately upon restarting the client. No wait necessary.

According to this article, it may have something to do with your addons. Please try deactivating them and then reactivating them gradually to see which is the cause of the issue.1 -
Ergo✭✭No. I turned off every single one of my many addons and all the associated libs, and the crash happened "as scheduled", exactly 7 minutes past 7, as per usual. It must be something else. I'm hoping perhaps you have other ideas?0
