Trying to change account ID/name, but cant..

I only get the "Error: Valid UserID Required." Msg in red no matter what I try to change it to, is there something wrong with the feature atm or what? Ive done it before with no issues.

They disabled it when those login issues were happening recently and then forgot about it and never turned it back on.

Yeah, I'm still waiting for them to switch back the "on" button lol.

Maybe they'll remember to do that by November or next year.

@ZOS_Bill, no, I haven't, just saw this thread and wanted to see if it was ever fixed. If that's the correct channels to follow to help fellow users change their usernames, then I'll be more than happy to!
