Housing Editor - Create Path Unbound

As the title says, my create path keybind is unbound. I have searched many times for that setting under Controls and it does not exist. Yes I have disabled Essential Housing addons (and all related addons). I have seen older screenshots where Q is the default keybind and have unbound my Q from the QuickWheel to no avail. I have searched these forums as well as Google, some older posts show up but not directly address this problem. Plz help.
