Change Name Not Working

Trying to change my user handle for the last 2 days but it reads "error must have more than 3 letters" when the name has several letter and it shouldn't be an issue

I think numbers and symbols cannot be in front. First thing must be a letter.

All letters, no numbers or symbols.

"Must have three letters" is grayed-out even when there are 7+

It definitely a bug, I've tried 20+ times now over 4 days.

It started happening this past weekend with the login issues.

That post says it affects making account changes too and that ZOS fixed it but they haven't. It's still broken. You can't change your userID anymore.

Ive been trying to rename my game account for a while now, still getting the error that i dont have a valid username, eventho im trying to change it to something with only letters and its what ive had it named before.

If you continue to get the invalid name error, you should go ahead and open a ticket with customer support.
