I've searched and haven't found an answer anywhere. Several weeks ago, I was working on finishing the Markarth main quest. I'm now stuck at the end of A Feast of Souls and I cannot talk to Count Verandis and the quest marker is off to the side of him. Obviously I've logged out since then and tried again. I actually stop by Markarth every so often, but it never changes. I really don't want to start this quest over, it was so tedious!!

I sent a customer service ticket, but received no response. I see that other people have had this problem, but no one shared a solution. Anyone know what to do?
