Why can't I open a new ticket on the customer support website?

I haven't open any tickets via in-game and the website for a few months. Is there a limit on tickets or is it something else. I'm not entirely sure how or why this is.

Are you getting any specific error message when trying to start a new ticket?

I went to check my ticket inbox on the website to see if my test ticket got submitted.
Sometimes certain tickets show up when submitted and others don't. The ones submitted via website work.

It's the ones via in-game reports...

Also does reporting count as submitting a ticket?

Yes, reporting would count as starting a ticket.

Do you have your most recent ticket number? If so, we can use that to check our system and see what is going on.
