If you're getting "connection to server timed out" ingame after waiting for a solid minute or two for a "play" button to go from greyed out to normal that's probably aimed at you.
For some bizarre reason if you're ingame and force disable your internet connection and reenable it, it lets you in.
Annoying but interesting to know if it's investigated or known at least if it's not connected to previous login issues of recent @ZOS_Kevin
