is it possible to get refund since zos just took out the money for the sub? it is free right now so i am not thinking there would be an issue since it renewed during this event. i would rather go play a game i can actually log in to since i am not getting what i paid for.....so, now seems like a good time to stop playing for a while.

do i just put in a 'ticket'? or cancel sub and then call the card company and have them do a charge back on them? not sure what to do.
