Here are some bugs I found in the PTS update for housing.

Necrom Door, Large metal (weird black screen)

Weird light showing through the windows and through walls onto the floors.

This fireplace can't be repositioned..not sure if intentional but it's weird.

    I think the “weird light” in question is actually from the window. It was in a different position for me and matched the window pretty well. So with that, should be able to just use a time of day control item to remove or shift the light.

    You're in the evergloam.

    The sky is purple.

    The lighting coming through the windows is also purple.

    Not a "bug".

    When you enter the Kelesan'ruhn workshop, you're facing east. Inside, your facing south. But the connection between the portal between the workshop and the retreat sections is to the east of the door to the workshop. The interior map for the workshop should be oriented E-W instead of N-S.

    Kelesan'ruhn deed is not in the homeowner’s deeds for me.

    The Kelesan'ruhn house deeds are not listed individually in the homeowner deeds but if you open the entire box you will get the deeds to the house.

    A LOT of these new furnishings look like they're just asset rips directly from the game, and come with a huge number of clipping and other issues. Idk if it's even worth mentioning at this point since it's all just so clearly unfinished, but here goes. This includes but are not limited to:
    - "Necrom Wall, Corner Stone" has no collision at all
    - "Necrom Floor, Tribunal" only has collision on one side, so if you turn it upside-down your character sinks through and stand on the bottom portion of the model
    - As the OP said, "Necrom Door, Large Metal" has a giant black box behind it. It also doesn't have door handles on the back, and actually the back of the door doesn't have collison - only the front and the sides of the door. This means if you approach the door from behind, your character can stand partially inside the door.
    - None of the doors have door handles on the inside, even though they open inwards and would thus logically require being pulled open from there (then again this also STILL applies to the "Druidic Door, Wood", and they haven't fixed that yet, or the fact this door clips with its own doorframe when it opens soooo... get on that ZOS)
    - "Necrom Ceiling, Domed" only has texture and collision on the inside (and it also doesn't even have its own icon yet, so again... clearly this is just unfinished)

    Yes I realize that but the lighting going through the walls and floors when it's not even near the window is a bug. Maybe instead of trying to be funny you can do some testing.

    I wasn't trying to be funny, I was being informative. Your screenshot literally has a window in it and if you look at the window itself, you can see that the "weird lighting" is because of the direction of the light source coming through the window, which is at an odd angle, hence making it appear in a way that you deem to be a "bug".
