• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 15:00 UTC (10:00AM EST)

The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.3.1 is available.
Character Reset after next maintenance?

Is there any way to know if our characters will remain after this maintenance. Sometimes they get wiped out, sometimes we get a mirror of what's on the NA (or EU) servers. Is there any pattern or logic to this?

✭✭✭✭✭For the last few years, it's always been NA for the first two weeks, and then EU from week 3 all the way until the next PTS cycle.
I do wish it was a bit more balanced between them. There are times I'd like to be able to go with the NA servers on the off-seasons.0 -
