Hello,

I have a question regarding epic games copy of the game and my current (non epic) version of the game. If I use the same email addres on my epic account and on my curremt version of ESO, would there be any problems with creating new eso account using epic platform? So far I only added ESO to my library on epic platform but didn't run it yet, is there something I should be aware of? should I change my email eiter on epic platform or in ESO?

I cannot say for sure BUT I thought there might be an issue as you can supposedly only have one account per email.

So I made my Epic Account first off with my current ESO email and then just to be careful changed that email to another one, just in case and that is working fine for me. :)

Edit:- It's easy to change in the Epic setting, they will just send you a verification mail :)

    Greetings,

After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic, as it deals with an account question.

    Thank you for your understanding

I'm surprised this wasn't moved to "players helping players" since that is actually what is going on here....Regardless @The_Ayatollah it should act exactly like Steam did when they first became available there. The Steam or Epic account doesn't really matter unless it's already tied to an active ESO account. If it's not you can log in with your account details and access the same exact ESO account that you played on the Zenimax or Steam launcher.

If your intent is not to play the same account but to have a second completely separate account (and that sounds like your intent) you should not link your account with the existing ESO account or the email address associated with that account. You should use a new email address to create your new ESO account linked to your Epic account.

As posted above, for two accounts you'll need each to have different email addresses and both can be linked to different Epic accounts.
