Relentless Focus/Bound Armaments discrepancy

Appreciate the unasked for "compensation" for the Relentless Focus change. It was supposed to be a QoL change but I guess godmodding as Altair counts as QoL for NB mains. Ok gonna scroll right past the Cloak patch notes, nothing to see here but needed buffs! Which thank you for by the way! 💪💯

Yeah this looks totally fine, after all I don't think anyone can even name the benefits that levelling Bound Armaments provided, so they won't miss it! Also thank you so much, I was losing sleep at night over Sorcerers generating Bound Armament stacks off of Mend Wounds! You guys are doing the Lord's work!!1

I have nothing else to say - just one question to these two skills on the PTS.
Does Bound Armaments still have the 10s before the counts get to 0 and Grim Focus is free of this restriction?

That's a good question, will try to test it this weekend. Wouldn't surprise me if Bound Armament stacks can still wear off while Merciless Resolve stacks don't.

Funnily enough most PvP sorcs don't have bar space for Bound Armaments. NBs on the other hand can now drop Camo Hunter thanks to the Cloak change, so it will be fun to see what new burst combos NBs are able to put together! While having the same or better stats across the board than sorc, an actual functional burst heal, and the option to ignore 95% of game mechanics by going into stealth.

25k bow tooltips are totally fine! Boosting damage by unnamed buffs from incap is fine and dandy! Assassins gonna assassin bro, they don't follow the rules of standardization! Crystal Weapon had to have its damage nerfed though. I'm glad they took the fuel rod cannons away from the grunts, Elites are truly the chosen of the Covenant and all glory is theirs alone to bask in.
