Unarmed Magicka.
It already exists as a skill set for certain enemies. ZOS has already done some of the work, and I'd REALLY love to ditch the staves.

I would like to see a void magic skill line or if not that maybe just a new type of destruction staff that's void magic themed. After I completed the markarth main quest all I could think was how cool it would be to be able to use void magic as skill line or weapon.

Paralyze - for cc/tanking.
Haste - for healers to help increase group movement speed and dps
Inspire/motivate - increase damage for DPS
Chameleon - reduce detection radius while sneaking (thematic utility ability)
I'm personally not interested in skill lines.

Can try your best to make-do with fighter's guild trap and crossbow, and PvP caltrops, but as far as I can think that's all there really is in terms of skills that use/place mundane knickknacks. Of course there's a few sets that match the bill, like the handful of dwemer construct ones, but in my mind the skill line wouldn't necessarily be all dwemer-tech themed, more of a rooted treasure-hunter tree with a mix of cc, damage, and support abilities to choose from... But this is all a pipe-dream, honestly I'm not sure there's any place in the game for a new class-independent skill line at the moment. Honestly, I just wish they'd make frost DPS a decent viable build option, or rework destro staves entirely (I mainly use staves, and I'm tired of fire and lightning being the only fun ones to use as a DPS)
