The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.3.3 is available.

Are all NBs going to glow red at all times now? It would be cool if the effect went away when weapons are sheathed.

I hate the fact it's active all the time, they should address this for sure, no class skills should have permanent effects out of combat.
