On Dark Cloak

For those who don't know this skill used to just be a Health based Heal over time and for one/two PTS weeks a missing health heal but is now simply too inconvenient to use and pushes you to either play a mobile or ganker type Nightblade or brawl on another class (which is of course fine, sometimes its just nice to play on a different class).

Was hoping for a chance that the healing on this skill could be adjusted to what it had been in a previous PTS cycle (healing on missing health instead of max health/gaining an increase on standing still).

Been testing it on and off for a few patches mostly doing tier 1s in Cyrodiil or trying a bit of Nightblade tank for fun and between myself and other brawler Nightblade enjoyers we can't really figure out the purpose of this heal, in PvE often times you won't stand still for long enough to let the heal scale up because in newer content there are tons of AoEs that spawn under the tank or you need to move a decent bit for chaining adds etc and in PvP standing still to heal is just asking for trouble outside of a few full tank builds...

I know as of late Healthy Offering has seen the Rollerblade style or Gankers being able to survive a bit longer but their main source of survivability is still out manoeuvring their enemies or bursting them for very high damage but sometimes you just want to have a bigger variety in Nightblade, which Dark Cloak used to help a lot with I feel.

For those curious the heal scaling is interesting on this skill as it is calculated:
Healing = 0.051650 Health
Health (Resource), R2 = 1
Heal, Single Target, HOT, RankMod
Skill Rank 4 Modifier = 3.3%

Which has a tooltip of 3664/tick OUT OF CYRODIIL at 45k hp

But multiplies by 150% if standing still whereas the HoT portion of Polar Wind is calculated as:
Healing = 0.074376 Health
Health (Resource), R2 = 1
Generic Damage, Heal, Single Target, DOT, RankMod
Skill Rank 4 Modifier = 3.3%

Which has a tooltip of 6467/tick OUT OF CYRODIIL at 45k hp coupled with the initial burst heal of 27328 OUT OF CYRODIIL it simply blows dark cloak out of the water...

And for extra curiosity did some testing and math with the new Green Dragon Blood's HoT:
Healing = 0.030990 Health
Health (Resource), R2 = 1
Generic Damage, Heal, Single Target, DOT, RankMod
Skill Rank 4 Modifier = 3.3%

Which has a tooltip of 2085/tick OUT OF CYRODIIL at 45k hp which does make it evidently weaker in HoT power than Dark Cloak but also the use cases for Green Dragon Blood are a bit different as it has usually been more of a PvE tank based skill for years, even in PvP I've felt more comfortable with Coagulating Blood on stamDK but an interesting comparison nonetheless.

All calculations are done with similar class/set buffs for some consistency if anyone was wondering.

My main point in this forum post is highlighting the fact that Brawler Nightblade compared to other Brawlers in the shape of Warden and DK (Less so stamDK) struggles with keeping itself alive against more pressure (I know Healthy Offering is very potent before anyone comments but a burst heal can only get you so far) especially when it comes to their health based heals, which as a whole need some looking at but we all know that's unlikely to happen any time soon so we might as well hope some other heals get buffed up to par on health scaling so that we can have some more variety than just Tanky Warden for brawling!

also bring back brawler Stamsorc somehow
