Game is not working on NA server after the today new update

I cant log on my xbox series s the load screen to my char takes forever to load and i got kick from the game error 303 ,my friend having same issue also i did log on pc but same thing swap bar was realy slow.

Ping was 50 them up to 999+ them was 400 ,someting is very wrong hope @ZOS_GinaBruno or any dev can explain what is wrong with the server ,also during pvp event the perfomace was realy bad sometimes the game become unplayed skill dint fire game was felling very heavy between 7-9 pm EDT for those past 2 week ,but today i cant even play the game

Updated: the issue no longer seems to be occurring to me, I am able to log and play as usual on PC/NA without resorting to a VPN.
The details from when it was happening are in the spoilers.

I am having the same issues, unless I use a VPN with a NA server.

Likewise. I can't log into NA. First attempt got hung at loading screen, then following attempts get "Booted from Server. Error 307".

My technical issue:
I can log in but it took a while to load character select. PC/NA server.

I can log in but it’s totally unplayable here in PS NA server. Extremely laggy… i can’t even do my craft dailies. I have 2-10seg delay. I check with other friends and they are having the same problem….

hey @ZOS_Phoenix do you have some feedback about it plz? i just need to know when i will can play the game that i love (and paid for 😬). It’s really unplayable in this state. Can’t do pvp or pve.
I try to do some commerce but the guild traders vendors are with huge delay as well.
Give-us some position plz!
