Grim Focus

Grim Focus can now be slotted on the backbar if you have Oakensoul equipped and will increase your damage. You can't activate it for the big damage pop, obviously, but having it slotted on an otherwise empty backbar increased my damage from 4368 to 4758.

There is also now a very aggressive screen-shake when using HA in Melee that isn't present on live. This screen shake also happens when Dark Convergence pops and goes off, and when using Carve and Stampede. It's probably on a bunch of other skills too. It's way too aggressive and gave me some eye issues while testing my NB.

EDIT: PTS setting had my Screen Shake bar all the way to the right for some reason, I turn it off because of eye issues. Didn't change anything else though.

you can change how much your screen shakes in your settings. theres a slider for it in the Camera settings. itd affect everything that shakes your screen and not just those skills.

Yeah, I usually have it off, but PTS had it cranked all the way to full and I completely forgot it was a thing.

They will likely change this in regards to Oakensoul. Or rather they should change this. Otherwise it will put a snag in their plans to alter some of these "either bar" candidate skills in the future.

Obviously a whole backbar of "while on either bar" buffs would go against the spirit of Oakensoul.

Yeah, I agree, but I'm putting it out there so folks know about it. Would have liked to see Sorc pets given the "any bar" treatment to help them out some.
