Shadow Zombies "Bug"?

If this meant the Lindai shadow zombies in Cyrodiil, I always assumed their sped-up movement was deliberate. I liked it, it made them unique and distinctly more unnerving. Don't know why you'd think this was something that needed changing or "fixing".

✭✭They are named "shadow zombies", which I always assumed meant they were re-animated via shadow magic and thus had different properties.
Whatever, still think it's weird how they prioritize stuff like this.2 -
