What are the rarest items that you can find in game, not the crown store?

What would you say are the rarest items that can drop in game, and not from the crown store? I'm about to start playing again after a a long period away and never really looked into the rare items when I used to play.
Now that I'm starting again though, it'd be really interesting to know what the rarest items are so I can potentially be amazed if they drop for me.

1. Khajit Brazier Enchanted furnishing plan, drops only from Northern Elsweyr Defense Force and you can only do them once per day per character
2. Velothi Triptych, Volcano, only drops from chests, lockboxes, and containers in Vvardenfel but has a low drop chance
3. Mourning Dew, only drops from nodes in Cyrodiil and has a low drop chance

Oh, white non-crafted set pieces that aren't from intro quest coffers. I had gotten a white Crest of Cyrodiil inferno staff from a psijic portal in Cyrodiil, and I've only ever seen ONE other kind of occurrence happen in the forums years ago. Screenshot proof cuz I know it's hard to believe:

✭✭✭✭✭Full motif books sell for a lot, regardless of the motif. A few years ago I got one for the Hollowjack motif and even though the individual pages aren't worth much, so you could get the entire motif for a couple of thousand gold at most the full book sold for 7 million.
