Help please with costume applications

Hi everyone
I have created new alt character i have collected many in game costumes with main character that are all account shared.
When selecting the costumes it refuses to apply and get notice Hidden by transformation i have gone through all possible settings no polymorph applied etc does anyone have any advice what to do as my character has the ugliest armor on and would like to change please

Yeah, that'll do it.
I think the order of priority is:- Disguise
- Costume
- Outfit
- Gear
I'm not sure where polymorphs fit in. I know they over-ride gear and outfits, I'm not sure about the rest. (I never use them myself.)PC EU player | She/her/hers | PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!

✭✭✭✭✭polymorphs override everything, except certain quests which forcibly change your costume or form (not considered a disguise)
i personally never use the disguises, i actually have an addon set up to auto destroy those lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
