Is Zenithar's Zeal to return house discounts?

I tried googling around but couldn't see this mentioned at a glance, so asking here: does anyone know if we should expect the 10% discount on gold-bought houses to make a reappearance with this year's Zenithar event (assuming the event is coming back this year)?

10%.
These include:
Vendors that sell items for Gold, AP, or Tel Var stones, including the Golden Vendor.
Houses purchasable for Gold.

Hehe I forgot and bought 2 expensive houses - worst thing is I knew about it too. I wonder how much gold I wasted - d'oh!

I worked it out - I bought Quondam Indorilia and Dawnshadow so the total lost is 254,000 - gah!
Dang I got the new Necrom home too a week ago that brings the total to 384,000 not saved. Oh well just bad memory.

i bought the new one in necrom for 1.3 mil, but i had almost 61 million gold in the bank so was like meh lol
