I would like to see abilities that can be activated only when you are human not vampire or werewolf. First thing this way vampire and Werewolfs could lose some of them weakness because they will lose whole passive ability bar when learned those skill trees. This is another option to balance human and grant some options to players who dislike vampire skill tree for pvp. I have vampire skill tree on few characters too but i would like to see options. Right now vampire is must have if you want to be competetive enough wchich is bad. We need something like that in game. Racial passives doesn't count as this. Game need new World skill tree that grant unique abilities to human characters , can be unlocked after some chain quests.

I think what you mean is "Mortal" unless you want to exclude elves from getting it too.

Frankly they can just tone down the passives you get from vampire and it'd be fine. Don't need to make a new skill line.

I have suggested in the past that fighter's guild abilities, or anti-undead abilities, should be more effective when used by mortals. As things are now, the drawbacks of being a vampire are negated by the undeath passive. Furthermore, I wish all penalities and bonuses for vampires were only at stage 4. I see no need for stages 2 and 3.

Stage 1: just for the look and skills (role play)
Stage 2 (formerly 4): passives become available at max stage, making vampire a commitment not just access to the undeath passive

There should be something that make vampire option not required. There is not me who should know what it is but they definitly should add something or change something.

i guess you may not worry about werewolves. Zenimax is consistently eliminating them for the last 3 years.
Oakensoul was a solid nail in a werewolf's coffin. The entire skill line goes obsolette.
( oh, by the way, this is covered by an actual discussion right now
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/629393/just-delete-werewolf-already )

So, unless you solo Blackheart Haven or RolePlaying - you have very little incentives to be a werewolf :(

Werewolfs is acceptable ,they use they skills ,maybe they are not best but still they are forced to use them not like vampires ,only passives other thing are ignored, this shouldn't work like that. In single player game ,at least you have some negatives like sun or bad npc interaction like it was in Morrowind game. Here they have almost non negatives, only negatives are lesser higher cost of spells and lesser higher damage income from fire.

Higher drawbacks for vampires won't solve issue with vampire. Only taking something from it can help. If you must choose too have something strong but at the same time you lose something strong in different way. Something like i take vampire but lose access to dawnbreaker or something else. Or maybe we need complete new world skill tree too make some choosing.
