Cannot claim Dragon Slayer Mount as Prime Gaming Reward

ESO currently offers the Dragon Slayer Mount as Reward for Amazon Prime customers.

I successfully claimed the former two Dragon Slayer Bundles in January and April with no problems,
but this time I always receive an error message about claiming takes longer than expected
and each player can only can claim the reward once.
I asked my German ESO friends with Prime and they have the same problem.
@ZOS_Kevin ZOS, could you please look into it?

✭✭It’s might be a twitch problem as amazon is having server issues right now. I’m experiencing it trying to claim other non-ESO bundles as well.0 -
