Can't claim New Prime Gaming Dragon Slayer Mount

I can't claim the new Prime Gaming Dragon Slayer Mount. Every time I try to claim the mount it says " Taking longer than expected try to refresh and try again". When I wait a minute or two and refresh and try again the same thing happens.

✭I Google your issue and for eso it may take up to 24 hours to receive your prime gaming loot.
