Mount run speed seems bugged

When I try to run, my mount runs faster for 2-3 seconds then returns to close to it's walking speed (but still drains mount stamina).
It's very annoying, my fresh character lvl 7 can run faster on foot than on mount. It sounds dumb but it is the fact.

✭✭✭✭✭i think mounts have always had the short burst of speed when you start sprint then it drops a tad to normal sprint
on a lvl 7 toon, you can 100% definitely sprint faster than a mount, even with major gallop
i think you need at least 20 pts minimum into the mount speed to even make it break even with normal sprintingplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
