Dindt receive Necrom Deluxe Upgrate items

Hello. I have bought Necrom deluxe upgrade in March 2023 and now, when Necrom released i still didint gel ALL items that i saw in description when i purpchased it.
I mean these ones:

So i have spore pet, spore steed mount, but no costume, no crates, no worm pet and etc. Is that a bug? Do anyone else expecting same?

    Hey both, just wanted to double check you have checked for these items in the correct place. The costume and pet should be in the Collections UI, the Crate should be in the Crown Crate UI, and the other items are should be in the mail.

    Yes, In the right place. Also there were similar problem, some time ago, when i bought this Necrom Deluxe Upgrade as pre-order (16th of april 2023), i didnt received mount and pet that i must get from pre-ordering Necrom. And ther were 2-3 similar topics here on eso forumswith same problem from other people.
    I submitted support ticked and support sended me that spore pony pet and mount after it.

    And now problem returned, i didnt receive other stupp from pre-order that i must get on necrom release as i described on screenshot

    I had this issue due to playing eso from the base launcher instead of downloading and running the game from steam where my purchase was made. the fix was to redownload the game from steam and use the steam launcher to play the game and only then did any dlc/chapter purchases get synced to my account. it is weird but it worked.

    But missing all the items for preorder
    Sadrith Mora Formal Attire costume
    Apocryphal Bookwyrm pet
    ×1 Unfeathered crate
    ×3 Telvanni Peninsula treasure maps
    ×2 Experience scrolls (+100% for 1 hour)
    Checked my mail and collections and they are definitely not there

    Also I never received the Sadrith Mora Spore Steed mount

    I am also having this issue - I submitted a ticket (# 230605-003094) and was given a cut-and-paste response regarding Morrowind, Summerset, Elseweyr or Greymoor content being unavailable to access. I redeemed a key on the 27th of April for Necrom Deluxe on steam and received the deluxe content but not the pre-order bonuses.xwaw7zludtrp.png

    I didnt received none of these items. Support gaved me pet today and thts all. No crate, no treasure maps, no experience scrolls, no costume.

    no, they only gived me pet, but no costume, no scrolls, no crate and no maps. it seems that support doesnot understand what pre order items are.

    I haven't gotten anything, but tbh I'd settle just fine for having the pet if nothing else. I can't even take it up with the retailer I got the key from because it was a Necrom key a month and a half before release - It should come through as a pre-order copy obviously >.>

    More then a day support keeps ignoring my ticket, they just checking it without response. They checked it 3+ times, last time as 23+ hours ago. No answer, no help. Nice work, i payed for pre order, for deluxe edition, i pay for ESO+, i pay for all DLCs before Necrom and this kind of "support" i got? Total ignorance? Is it too hard to look into my account, see that i dont get this pre-order bonuses and give it to me? Give me items that i paid for? No, ZOS?

    Its 3rd day with no answer from support, today my ESO+ ended. I dont see any reason fo me to resub until its fixed (or resub and play this game anymore)
    Its nonsence that customer must wait like a dog under their master door for items that he paid for.

    My problem solved. It was all fault of key seller. He tried to *** me that he has only one code and dont have other 2 for preorder pet and other stuff. he gave me all of that now.

    For ZOS i want to say, that as you can see, this problem comes from time to time and some people affected by it. That happens because you dont tell customers that when buying pre-order Chapter you must have 3 codes. Not one. But 3. one for Chapter, one for pet and one for mount+all other items that you will receive at chapter launch.
    There are no info about these codes in product description. if i would know that this will never happen.
